Ultra in my prophecy the red led slides back and fourth when the blade is not in. Is this a problem

Is the heatsink sliding with it? It really shouldn't be a problem. I would imagine the wires are a little longer than they need to be, but that's just safe practice. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's fine.  Just make sure the blade retention screw is in and the LED module won't come out.
