Why other shops suck

ARRRGGHH!!! For frakking sake, that shop I was introduced at Taiwan is a pain in the bantha butt!
Now, now did I realize that only Ultrasabers really cared about their customers...

And also, the other saber smith, which I won't name, told me to get lost since I'm wormbrained!
I just told him my budget was $300 and not more than that! ARGH!

Well, here I am, I might as well consider buying the anakin or vader lightsaber at ultra... *sniff

Man, that bites! From what I've seen, any kind of custom built saber seems to run a LARGE chunk of change, but regardless of that the Smiths shouldn't treat you like Poodoo just because you only have $300 to spend. That's just wrong. Thank heaven for people like Ultra and his staff, who still give one about Average Jedi Joe off the street!

I can personally vouch for Ultrasabers. Not only do they provide excellent craftsmanship in their work, but an Ultrasaber can be an excellent base for personalization. And their customer service and heart, without question, surpasses many saber makers out there.

Buy from Ultrasabers and you'll never go wrong, and that's quite friggin' true.

For $300 you could get a UltraFX or Ultrasabers own Shock, Catalyst or the awesome Bane, all with sound.

Thats nothing to laugh at and I'm sorry you had that kind of negative experience. You won't from Ultrasabers.

Folks, wasd999 had some bad experiences, and I feel for him...but don't think it's like this with ALL smiths. There will be no bashing of sabersmiths as a whole...it gives the community a black eye. There are many talented and honest sabermakers out there. I know the majority of them....I also know the baddies, too.

Continue to praise Ultra, yes....but bashing something when you know not what...well it hurts the hobby.

Certainly there are other great smiths out there and we mention them here frequently.  Those can't possibly be who he's referring to.  I don't know of any that are in Taiwan, either.  There are also some hacks, so buyer beware.  Do your research.  And then get an Ultra Saber!    Can't fault me for doing a little self promotion, Master Caine.

I'm thankful for that to Ultrasabers, and also to sir Caine for the advice.
I left recently for a fitting for my jedi costume yesterday.

I'd like to then, NOT RISK MY HARD EARNED CASH ON A TEEN WITH RACIAL ISSUES.
I then decided that until he's old enough to have some JAWA BALLS maybe I'd return
and try his china-made lightsaber... 

I mean, he didn't want Paypal payment, and DEMANDED MONEY TRANSFER FROM BANKS.
How if he just took it away and never showed up? ARGHGAH!

Yes, I'd rather buy my sound enabled lightsaber at ULTRSABERS.

I personally thank sir Caine for extending help and advice.

He PM'd me that he, himself, a stranger yet help me on my problem.

He asked me what I have in mind, and told me what I needed to hear.

In the end, his intervention led me to a conclusion to purchase
Ultrasabers FX sabers instead.

Without him, I would've killed all those bolterhead jawas.

DEMANDING BANK TO BANK MONEY TRANSFERS IS A RED FLAG NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. You did the right thing by running for the hills.

I've researched other sabersmiths besides Ultra, and I've found many that have great reputations and come highly recommended. The main reason I prefer Ultra Sabers is the affordabilty, but there are a couple other smiths I plan on purchasing from once I can afford to do so. Caine is right, bashing sabersmiths as a whole isn't good for anybody.

months, but it'll be worth it.
