Alright guys, this is just for fun, but find and post your absolute favorite (if that's impossible do your top three) picture from any Star Wars movie or game. Here's mine:  Why is it my favorite? C'mon, Yoda just threw his lightsaber into the clone and is jumping ONTO him to get it back, freaking boss mode. Episode III if you didn't know. |

When I saw this thread title I thought it meant pics taken with a Canon camera...  Seriously, I kinda like this one, maybe because I remember how when I first saw Star Wars in '77 the entire theatre ERUPTED into wild cheers at this moment; YEAH!!! YAY!!! YAHOO!!!  |

I agree with the Darth Vader pic. I almost crapped my pants the first time Ani pulled that off. which was about 6 years ago i think.

That A-Wing shot is one of my favs. Also love the shot where the MASSIVE formation of TIEs are coming at the Falcon at the start of Endor. That was WICKED realistic. As for my favorite game shot? Probably hafta say Wedge hopping into a Delta-7 in RS3. lol Something about that just said 'I own your prequels' XD Unfortunately... I don't have actual grabs of any of these... but I'm sure you can all see them inside your minds thanks to my Jedi mind powers. lol

I love Ralph McQuarrie's stuff.
Has anyone seen Star Wars Art: Visions? It's an art book(duh) that's full of great pieces. I'm not sure if any are considered cannon though.

I think it reflects a lot of the chracters we all know, from a different point of view. So since different points of view are ok with especially the last movie, I can go ahead and say they are welcome. Hah, well, most of them. They look great in my own opinion.

Dude, I have a print of that McQuarrie piece on my wall. I LOVE his stuff! Ya know he did the art for the Original Battlestar too? 'splains why I love the Viper so much... lol I love the Hoth shots he did, and the one of Cloud City was epic too. The A-Wing is almost unbeatable though, it looks so darned REAL!

It's when Darth Vaders exetutes Order 66 in the Jedi temple. We see him from the back in front of a padawan thet says "Master Skywalker, there are too many of them, what do we do?" and then Vader lights on his saber

Definitely the most extreme display of the dark side in any of the movies (other tan blowing up a whole planet, but it doesn't have that personal tinge to it). The Jedi in me was screaming to jump in and try my best to defend them, not that it'd do much to help though.
