Hello all. My name is Impediment and I am a super Star Wars fan and collector of light sabers.

My obsession began with the Force FX line of replicas, and I have only just begun to collect ultra sabers.

My hobby of light sabers is a rewarding and fun hobby. I'm just glad that my job allows me to have such a hobby. Ha ha.

I will definitely be ordering more ultra sabers in the future and would love for any advice from veteran collectors.

What are your thoughts on the ventress? I have heard mixed reviews of it, but I personally love the design of it and wouldn't mind owning one.
Very nice collection! I used to have one that impressive, but being a poor college student forced me to sell most of them. I hope one day to get back to where I was.

Ventress was among the hardest to find. I still am trying to find the second to complete the set. The sound board is very different from Vader or Maul, but still a very cool asset to my collection.

nice collection! I would give you a point but I don't know which you would prefer... you do have many sith sabers, but you have a lot of jedi sabers... so..... let me know and I'll give you a point for such a sweet stash. I think the guardian is a bit bigger than the FX saber, but you can duel with it and really, who doesn't want to duel with their sabers? I hope that someday I may have as reputable a collection as that!

looking at it, its more angled rather than curved like everyone is wanting

Just to throw this out there, the Consular and Guardian are NOT the same as the similar FX hilts.... not only are they cosmetically different, their size is also different (moreso with the Guardian).

Just FYI, I am 100% Dark Side, baby! Hail to the Sith.

I was recently bidding on Obi Wan's Episode I saber on eBay, and it sold for over $1,500!!

I was actually taken aback at home high the price skyrocketed. I stopped bidding after the $700 mark. That's just insanity.

Then again, I'm pretty sure I would punch a toddler in their jaw to acquire this model. Ha ha.

It finally arrived! Now I have both Asajj Ventress sabers that combine into the saber staff!

That's a lovely staff! I don't think I've ever actually seen two combined, although I've heard of it being done and of course I'd known it was possible. Have you tried spinning or dueling with it yet?

I went out in my front yard to twirl it around, and it handles very well, I have to admit.

I never duel with my FX sabers, since they're very fragile. However, I do duel with my Ultra Sabers.
