I know that TCSS has some o-rings on their site, but they only come in black and yellow. I'm looking for a wider range of color options to sort through for my current sabers, along with planned ones. Does anyone have a good source for colored o-rings in various sizes?

You can try, home depot, lowes or an other hardware or plumbing store in your near vasinity. They useually have o-rings in various sizes and possibly different colors.

I would recommend either http://www.oringsusa.com/html/products.htmlor http://www.grainger.comGrainger is more industrial but as they cary nearly 1million different products, I wouldn't count them out. Hope this helps. |

Grainger seems to have plenty of size options...in black. Couldn't find anything in colors. That ORing USA site is pretty difficult to navigate if you don't already have the technical parts knowledge, and even then searching for individual colors yielded almost no results. I don't want to have to order a large batch of parts just for a couple that I was looking for. D:

Seems like most of what's on Etsy and other craft sites are jewelry-sized, for chain mail and such. I'm trying to find larger ones that can fit around the grooves in my hilts, which I think are at least 1-3/16" inside diameter, but I'd have to use some calipers at work to be sure.

I found a few on Ebay, but there were pretty slim pickings there, as well as being fairly expensive (the ones I saw were around $4.00)

I dug through the Gainger site for a while and found a few types of O-rings (for air conditioners) came in green.
There were some rubber based o-rings that came in brows.
The downside is I could only find ordering options for bulk amounts or for specific kits, the low end prices starting at around $25.

I wonder if TCSS has plans to restock other colors. I know I remember seeing they had green a while back but they ran out.

Oooooh snap, green and purple! Do you know what the inside/outside diameters and thicknesses are?
Now that I think about it, I'm guessing you didn't find these at a hardware store. Made a discovery at California Extreme maybe?
