Ultrasaber car decals/bumper stickers [preferably decals] that we can put on our vehicles to further advertise Ultrasabers and their products but also to decorate our vehicles.
It could be something clever like, "if you like this sticker, wait till you see my lightsaber", or something like that.
I love decals. They look neater in my opinion and are more aesthetically pleasing. Currently I have a bunch of UCSB Rowing related decals, but I always enjoy others if it really "speaks to me".

I truthfully would like to see a tonfa saber... Like force unleashed. The sith apprentice with the rancor pet. There would be sound plenty of room for that and maybe 12 inch blades. You could in the middle of the tonfa have a cutout windows about 6 inches with ulraedge blade part in it so the LED would light up the end of the tonfa blade and have a lit up window in middle of tonfa for blocking lightsaber directly. sum it up as Blade/steel/6inch blade window/handle/6inch steel or blade. You dont have to take out 50% of the tube for the window either. You only need about 25% of the actual tube, this leaves just enough of a window to have an visible light signature that can be used to block a lightsaber.

Check out the history thread, they actually used to make tonfa. All they'd have to do is make the same thing out of aluminum  |

Emerald anodizing would be amazing. How about colored anodizing options on all sabers again like the blue and red? I'd get a more newer all blue Libby then but the blade would be AB.

I think more options for anodization colors is a good idea in general. Not just the reds and blues that they did before but like greens, purples, yellows. Whatever could be done would be cool.

US could offer the tonfa handle on a handful of their existing hilts, like adding sound or anything else. They're not terribly difficult to install to a pre-existing saber unless you mount the switch in the tonfa handle. Then all that are required are longer wires.
I'd love to see the LEDless AV switch available an option on stunt sabers. I'm not a sound fan but really don't like the look of the guarded switch.
On the subject of anodizing, I'm not into colors but perhaps instead of the LE gold we could get black?
