Not sure how I feel about a Diamond grab bag. The grab bags/mystery boxes seem centered around accomplishing two things: giving buyers an exciting saber lottery to try that is mildly addicting, and being able to get rid of their stock that they can't sell at the same time. If they start throwing in a Diamond controller, which adds a couple hundred in price alone, you're looking at a grab bag that's gotta be around 250-300. At that price I feel like you might as well just buy the saber you want but if you get a hilt you don't like you at least get a Diamond setup you can swap around.
Recessed AV switches would be great! Super easy to do with a countersink, and they already have a drill press at the shop to enlarge the 12mm guarded switch holes to 16mm for the AV switches. I actually bought a countersink to do this to mine; on some sabers I like the protruding button but others it's nice to have it sit flush.
I'd like to see them offer those AV switch boxes (like on Emperor's hand, Chosen One, etc) as an option for sabers that have the space for them. I took one of mine and just held it up to various hilts I had and it looked pretty cool on some of them IMO.
Bass speaker option - (2watt 8ohm work fine). I understand this won't fit easily in their existing battery holder too well but I did get one to fit, it just has to be held on by glue because it doesn't go in far enough to press-fit. This would be cool to have though for Ultrasabers, I think it gives a more "full" sound for some soundfonts.

I actually got a little table top guy for Christmas that stores easy - I didn't have room (or really a necessity) for a full standing press personally. It's definitely designed for "home use" if you catch my drift lol. |
