Yeah only thing that has broken on any of my US sabers is the battery case.  They fixed it for free under warranty at a con but of course a chassis to prevent from happening in the first place would be nice.  An optional upgrade in the spirit of having customization options, a lot would shell out the extra money for it.

Prevents the pack from moving around so much and thus being damaged as easily.

My wife would like to see some Ahsoka "Rebels" era inspired hilts.  She has a 3D printed set with sound and light (my Christmas present to her), but good metal set would be fantastic.  I don't know if this has been mentioned before (I haven't read all 484 pages), but I would like to see a quick disconnect.  It would be nice to just pull out the entire battery pack and plug another one in quickly.  Then again, that would mean not attaching the soundboard to the battery pack.  I too would like to see a "Revenge of the Sith"/"New Hope" Obi Wan inspired hilt.  The Archon 3.1 close, but not quite.

I second these votes, and point out that I've been suggesting these for a while now.
Here is what I usually post:
I have to post this again, and probably won't stop posting it until I get the sabers I want.
There are only two sabers I want to see next. 
The first one is an updated Archon V2.1, made to look like the Obi-Wan Kenobi hilt from ROTS, without an activation box or d-ring, mainly because I would like it to be similar to the Archon V2.1..  That and if the changes are not too drastic from the Archon, it is more likely to happen.  The new one could be called the Archon V2.2 and the Archon V3.2.
The second one is an Anakin Skywalker inspired hilt from AOTC, this one I would like to see with an optional activation box.  It could be called the Prophecy V4 or Prophecy V5.
Here's hoping that the next saber that US reveals is one of these two.

They'd have to make the hilt longer for that. It's actually incredible that they're even able to fit the Diamond board in the Prophecy V3. When it was first released, the Diamond wasn't available on the Prophecy or any V3, as they didn't know if it would fit without further testing.

So, maybe it's about time for the long awaited Prophecy V4. It could be slightly longer and have a few other design tweaks that could make bigger setups possible, including your Diamond and RCP. Smiley

Yes, and it should be offered in an LE version with vertical grooves!!! Love that silver and gold look.
 Standard Issue LE with vertical grooves and 2 retention screws in SRD, yep that's one I would own for sure!  Shocked
