We have 3 display tables in the play room upstairs for Legos (me, wife, son). Anything on those is considered a collectible and not to be touched by anyone other than the owner/caretaker of that particular table. Then we have a bin of Legos for creating/playing that is open to anyone. So that the misc bin does not lose too many pieces, most of the items on the display tables are complete builds. For a unique creation to make it onto a display table, a presentation of the piece and a vote is held to see if it is "worthy" of untouchable status. Very few get by which keeps the bar high, my son is by far the best creator of all of us.
I like that. I would expand on the power of "the table" though. Basically, if it's on the table, it has untouchable status. But that is not to say that loose parts can be stored on the table as an indefinite reservation. |

Actually he just works for the bad guys. He'd probably work for the Rebellion if they paid enough.  I dig the way they designed the control consoles. And as much as I despise the idea of the FO, I so want one, because.........well who doesn't love a walker?  I'm going to be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo let down if this ends up in another snow battle. |
