Gorilla is definitely the way to go. I use it every time my tip comes off, which isn't often thanks to the Gorilla Glue!

If your in Southern California, there's a Hobbyshop called Pegasus that sells their own brand of SuperGlue. That stuff will bond ANYTHING for life. Blade tips, slotcars, blaster parts... anything. You do have a window of several seconds to unstick your fingers before you're in trouble though. Grin

Are you guys suggesting "Gorilla Glue" or "Gorilla Super Glue"?

Same manufacturer, two entirely different products...  Which one are ppl here suggesting for the tip?

um... i have no one to duel with just yet, so is there an easy way of just taking the tip off? i know you cant just pull it off (tried it lol) so any suggestions on how to get it off without tearing it up? i dont want to have it come off in mid battle any way, cuz who knows where it could end up...

Find You a tree in your yard and whack at it, keep your eye on the tip to come off that might work?

Or if you have a workshop or garage and find something to whack in there, that'd at least keep the flying tip contained.  Of course, the whacking approach might not be the best idea with a mid-grade blade.  And personally, I've only had one tip ever come off.  the others haven't budged from they're original set.

to remove the tip , pick up a pipe cutter from a hardware store. i did it on my liberator to make the reflective disk a little bit smaller. when doing it , just turn the knob the slightest bit at a time then spin it around the edge between the tip and the blade. you DON'T want to crank down on the knob right from the get go because you can crack the blade tip. i found that is the easiest way to do that , plus the pipe cutters are only around $10 , give or take a couple of bucks.
