That being said, I move that questions on how to approach footwork with respect to the Seven Forms be ruminated on. I also want to talk about spinning, flourishing, and other saber "tricks" with respect to sparring. It's kind of my bread and butter but I don't get many other opinions on it.

We have had extensive discussions on this topic here. What specifically do you want to see? I will try to get it in.

It was cool to watch unfortunately tge echoey room made it hard to hear, but I'm sure there are technical ways around that.

Around the 40 min mark darth non goes into freeform and kills it.

Honestly it was really cool to just see him cut loose and his use of space was incredible, very inspiring.

Also midway through I believe it was Flynn? Doing a bit with a red blade in front of tge camera and he did a few things I'm going to want to play with.


I'm going to watch again tomorrow without sound and take some notes of things I want try try and work on or ask questions about.

What a night! Due to my terrible communication skills, not everyone was on my page, my bad. Never the less, I am honored to meet and connect the group that inspired TPLA and is greatly responsible for the existence of this community. Huge props to Flynn and Mike for being such gracious hosts. I hope that TPLA and NYJ can work closer together in the future. Special thanks to Craig, John, Juan, and all the others who's name my senility has devoured.
