I don't like these big chunky hilts I want somthing slim and low profile.

Tell me about custom sabers? surely it couldn't be that hard esspecially without a soundboard as I wish.

Post up some links to some custom saber tutorials you reccomend I want somthing thin and steel, using the ultra saber blades of course.

I would say go with one of the V2 hilts, they're very slim and easy to wield.  Also, the Prophecy line works nicely for this purpose as well - the V3 is the same width as the V2, very lightweight and grippable.

A Standard Issue is probably your best bet for a low profile saber.  It's slim and sleek, and doesn't have anything that jumps out, except the slanted emitter.

Of course, I don't know how much thicker the V3 is over the V2, which is what I have.

Go with a Dominix V2 or Aeon V2. Excellent sabers, thin yet very well constructed. These are made from aluminum .
