I ordered my first obsidian saber a few weeks ago with the 15% off sale. I still haven't gotten an e-mail confirming that it has been shipped. What is happening to my saber?

They were gone at Dragon-Con for a week, so they're really backed up, from what I understand.

Bingo. Dragon Con, puts a delay in the works for most things. I wouldn't worry much, I'm sure it'll ship soon. The guys normally work long past their posted hours. Heck, I've gotten responses to my emails from Emory at 9 at night or later and we live in the same state!
