It wouldn't be bad but this is not the first time he's made me choke... I should have learned after the second or third time... |

My school network decided to open a new school, and I agreed to come over and help them. In August, when we started, I noticed we did not have a 2 hour delay schedule. I immediately emailed my admin team and our network executive admin team. "Oh, you're right. We will get on that. Thanks," is all I ever heard back from them. I've sent several email reminders throughout the year, and I've always received the same responses.
Guess what my school has today? Guess what my school still doesn't have?

They're actually really smart and talented individuals. The problem, I learned a few summers ago, is that the majority of them all have identical personalities. The guy who conducted our tests and gave us the results said the danger of our leadership team is not being able to see and predict our own blind spots and mistakes. Out of the whole leadership team that year that took these tests, I was one of two plot points in the complete opposite corner. And here we are. As I predicted nearly 7 months ago. It's just very frustrating. |
