Did I mention that both my wife and I qualify as essential? Yeah, at my work, except for myself and one other person, everyone, including upper management, is on a 3/2 rotating schedule. Which means we're short staffed on any every given day, and therefore I'm doing 6 jobs other than my own. No idea how many hours I'm working, since I'm salaried it doesn't matter. And after I left work, I got to sit in my car for an additional three (3) hours before my wife was ready to leave.
Also it snowed today.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear, Sakura. Stay warm, safe, and healthy. Even though we don't live close by, I appreciate you doing that since a lot of people would of called in sick. I worked from the office each day until I was told to work from home myself. We're always here for you so thank you and your wife for getting up every day and going to work. It may or may not be a job that people tell you that enough but know that you are appreciated for still going to work regardless of current events. Points incoming |

I understand. I'm at 29 hours and its Tuesday. I was already work from home but I run the workforce for an ESRD and CKD mega company. (In stage renal disease in chronic kidney disease.) My "workforce" is always having VPN issue or what nots. All I gotta say is please if you know someone struggling with getting to dialysis please help. It's the #1 issue and these people can die from missing treatment unfortunately. |
