Oh, he and I got to be good friends while he was on the forum and we've stayed more or less in touch. Awhile back he had cause to thin out his collection, and remembered how much I'd loved the Cross accent he'd put on Perdition (I'm Christian), so he gave me first shot and I took it. It's really one of my absolute faves, right up there with my Heiland conversion. Just a beautiful saber.  |

Nice saber. Too bad the Anakin AOTC isn't made anymore regularly. I'd get one and send it in for a conversion. I know US don't do them anymore. Though with the hilt being the same as a Vader I don't see why using a Vader conversion kit wouldn't hurt any.

Thanks, Zren! You know, from what I understand... the AOTC hilt is actually so darned rare, I've never heard of one being converted. I don't think they CAN be. As I recall hearing, they were the first hilts MR did with blades, and they were EL instead of LED string. To replace the batts, you actually had to crack the hilt open lengthwise instead of just taking the pommel off. As for why there aren't more Vader MRs converted to AOTC.... *shrug* I know there's a few, but I dunno how often the shrouds get turned out for it.

Me and my brother. Don't ask how we got the orange to appear. Its like we have FOC on our sabers already. Lol. This is a few months old but wanted to share this one. We might do some more when we move to the new house next week. we got the perfect area to do saber dueling pictures. =] I just love how the orange effect went on. I had some green filters in my Aeon at the time.  |

Thanks. I can't remember what settings we used for this one. We'll experiment with my brother's new camera whenever it comes in. Seems a lot more functional than mine surprisingly. Its the shape like a Nikon Coolpix. The smaller ones. I'm kinda jelly because its waterproof. Lol.
