The metallic look of the Standard Ultra Blade looks most realistic when off (and your saber will be off the vast majority of it's life), but the full edge-to-edge look of the UltraEdge Blade looks most realistic when on (and your saber will be on the vast majority of the time when you're dueling). What's most important to you?

If that's all you need in a saber, then I guess the Hasbro is for you. Personally, I think that a blade that breaks as easily as a Force FX is the least "realistic" blade you can have. But seriously, sure, the Hasbro line had more replica sabers made to look just like the ones from the movies... but all you can do is look at them. Trust me, you're going to want to duel and do cool spins and things, and having a more durable Ultra Saber is the way to go if that's what you're in to! Title: Re: What blade is the brightest? Before I heard of Ultra sabers I owned nothing but Hasros. Now only 2 out of 5 function with no problem. After ordering an Ultra saber, I haven't so much as looked at a Hasbro. Listen to Ultra and get an ultra saber. You won't want anything else after that, trust me. Title: Re: What blade is the brightest?
