I haven't seen one broken yet and my group of friends and I go pretty hard. We all have UEHG blades - they seem durable enough to feel solid and secure, but just flexible enough to keep from breaking on really hard hits - it feels a little like the "sweet spot" on a baseball bat when they hit hard (when it seems like the shock in the bat is less than the hit). I'm sure you could break them if you try, but accidental breakage from HARD use doesn't seem possible from what I've seen. The backs of my legs can also testify to their stoutness! ;D Title: Re: blade durability Post by: Big Boss on May 09, 2011, 10:28:41 PM i've only had one blade break on me once and thats becuase i was spining to close to the ground. took 3inches off the top of my saber blade but i have never had one break during saber combat i've only have had the tips fly off but i just re-glue them back on so its a good :)
