Okay so I look online and it says my saber is still processing.... despite it being quick ship, and having done it by Thursday. This is my first saber, and am curious to know if this is common? Should I PM Ultra or just keep waiting? I mean I understand Memorial Weekend and all, but shouldn't it be finished with "processing" by now?

Not only Memorial weekend, but some of the US guys (at least Emory & Alex) were at the Phoenix Convention. That might have something to do with it. I would bet it will ship out today.  :)

Ah. That could be it. Damn.. lol.. I want my saber QoQ I'll get it whenever I guess. Wonder if "quick ship" this time was worth it though lol

Yeah, you gotta watch the holidays. I ordered my Dark Shock the week of Easter, but it was worth the wait!  ;D

Yeah ik what u mean, I had the same thing.  I ordered mine Wednesday quick ship (it was around noon their time) and haven't gotten any notification that it's shipped.  I'm hoping it will ship today, I emailed them so we'll see how it goes.

Same here man, still processing.  Hoping that restructuring won't delay the shipping too much - I feel they should be able to ship it since it's presumably already built, whereas the ones they have to build from the ground up might be delayed a bit.

Orders will be processed as fast as they can. Please let it be.

If I don't think there's a reasonable chance for the order to be fulfilled in the lead time specified, it has been refunded.  I'm trying to be an honest guy here.

I think Ultra is trying to do the best with all the orders, which means he is looking through all of them. Wait till next week maybe or until we are updated on the boards. Id say patience is the best bet right now.

Yeah I already got my refund and will have to re-order too. Oh well :) It's a touch situation, and I understand. ^_^ so no harm done.
