Title: Blade retention screw size

Hey i lost my blade retention screw what size and what type of screw is it and is there any place i can get them

Ok I've done some research I believe it is an 8-32 screw, if you look at the "other guys" site (tcss). They have it under the screws section. I'd not "endorse the other guys except that I know they have a decent selection of them. Best of luck to you sir. If all else fails email Emory at Ultrasabers and he'll set ya right with all the info you could ever want on retention screws!

I know you have long since resolved your issue with the retention screws, but here is what I have found out about them.

I needed replacement screws on a couple sabers so I looked around.

The ones I used are #8-32 x 1/4 inch and they work well.

Where I live they are called Set Screws and you can find them in local hardware stores, though most of them are black in color.
They are used to help secure pulleys and such when not securing saber blades.

I needed 4 screws total and they were under $4 locally.

For reference, these screws worked on a Dark Apprentice v4, Initiate v3 and an Aeon v2.
They also accepted the standard blade retention wrench/key that UltreSabers provides with no problems.
