Post by: Machinimax on June 10, 2011, 05:48:39 PM
Does anyone know if Ultra Saber blades are compatible with MHS blade holders from TCSS? Thanks!

If you go to the build it yourself section, you can try and find your hilt there.  In the description it usually says MHS compatible or not.

Simple answer: Yes.

Some of the TCSS emitters (blade holders) are for 3/4" blades.

Ahh, but now you're getting into specifics. :)

Just wanted to make sure anyone ordering one, "looked before they bought", so they didn't get the wrong emitter.  :)

Simple answer: Yes.

Agreed, yes, I have used a few with my sabers built from MHS parts, no problems at all  ;D .  I prefer to use Ultrablades with All My Sabers  ;)

I have a couple of Ultrasabers with Ultraedge blades, but the blades don't fit into MHS blade holders (blade is slightly too thick).  Are you sanding them down to fit?

For some reason the Ultra Edge blades are slightly thicker than the standard Ultra Blade. So yes sanding it down a bit, will get it in your MHS emitter.
