If I were to send in a product I wasn't entirely satisfied with could I get a lower quality saber in exchange? I love Ultra Sabers product so don't get me wrong I love their product...just not this one.

Probably either a dark standard issue or the dominix v2 while they're on sale.

Sorry I misread. I got the dark shock in violet but the color wasn't what I expected and the hilt is a little to heavy for me to duel with. And I know the price is so different but lower price doesn't always mean lower quality.

Yeah I understand that. You can get a darker blue violet if you ask for it in the details of your purchase. Now you worry me because I just bought a Dark Shock for my girlfriend with a red blade and she should get it tomorrow... And I'm already paranoid if she'll like it. :(

Don't worry. I'm sure she'll like it. the blazing red is a true crimson red. And the Hilt is absolutely gorgeous.
