Title: Will the Arbiter ever pass Judgement again? Post by: Tengen Toppa Angel X on June 28, 2011, 11:49:42 PM I was curiuos if the Arbiter would ever come back to US. I thought when the Catalyst came back it would being TCSS MHS partd as well. or is it canceled?
