Hey guys, I just received my Manticore and am looking for inspiration to be able to customize it or not.
Please use this as an opportunity to show off what kinds of mhs parts you added to customize it or show pictures of your manticore  in it's stock form, any color led but I want as many pictures as possible.
Thanks in advance and points will be awarded for all who post pictures.

I customized my Manticore with a Middle Eastern theme, using inspiration from the windowed emitter.

The Arabic lettering near the pommel says "May the force be with you."

Point given, looks amazing! Curious to know what tcss choke was used and how is the balance now?

Cool new thread idea. I will be doing the Overlord next so no one don't steal my idea yet. :P Hoping we have nets by then.

Glad the idea is catching on, I've been searching the site for a post like this, one that would cover just a individual saber but as many customized versions as well as colors and options...I know this would really have helped me to make my decision alot sooner. Figured this could help anyone else that might be in the very same phase. So keep the pictures coming, stock or customized,  let the reign of manticore begin.

I have an old MHS pommel saved so I will see what that looks like on my Overlord then I'll post the results when I can.

No more manticore customization? Wow I guess I will need to purchase more parts to kick this thing into gear...challenge (eerockk if your out there) accepted!   :D

It cost about $6 for the black and gold paint and about 3 hours of work :)

I switched up the parts of my manticore and my archon and threw in a vented coupler. Nothing too fancy.

Points given, I really like the vents on the manticore! Curious how it would look with it in silver?

I've been thinking about picking up a silver vented coupler. That just might look pretty sweet. . .

I've been hoping US starts making or selling some other extention type pieces,  something that could add maybe 2-3 inches in between the neck and emmiters, this would allow for you to change the balance of the saber but not so much the look

I suppose this is a manticore customization though the emitter is not in this configuration. I posted this elsewhere but it could go here as well. I like to call this the Eye of Sauron.

Wow, that looks amazing,  point to you.  Honestly I couldn't care what type of customizations it is just so long as it has the manticore somewhere in it's configuration.

Here's how i customized mine...originally it has the black momentary guarded switch which i really hate and it also has a red led with no quick disconnect.

Now i manage to place a mini purple av switch and replaced the led with va with quick disconnect. And yes the wires inside now is a spaghetti mess, but all is working well and im pretty happy with it.

Purple AV switch! Nice I'd like one of those on my next saber.

US doesn't sell purple switches,  but agree it looks really good. Point to you brian for taste.

Points are not enough! This is something that I wanted for a while,  iam a big fan of switches matching the blade. Good post even better with pictures. Did you put up a tutorial on how to add or switch an momentary to AntiVandal

I definitely want a Archon emitter at some point but I think the vented coupler looks better because you get windows with it,  hmm maybe if I drill a few port windows in the Neck...Anyway Points Given.

My only US to date is a Manticore. I am sending back to US for an Emerald upgrade. The various Manticores here have inspired me to customize my own when it's back from it's upgrade.

That exact reason is why I started this thread...to inspire folks who may have taken a really good look at this saber but also to help the ones who may have been on the fence! I know I was thinking maybe the guardian but plunged head first into the manticore and have not been training with anything else! I'm still going to purchase a guardian, however I've decided that will be used for strengthening.

my 4 channel saber is still stock considering its still new im wanting to keep it as is for abit before modifying it

Okay now there's a whole lot more Manticore family members now, can't wait to see some pictures of new combinations or customizations, I'll be happy just see a pic of every color blade...which should look quite nice in this thread. Oh yeah and mine is currently waiting so machining and anodizing,  I will be sure to post a new video when it's ready. Thanks to everyone who has been involved with process so far...more points to go! :)

When I get bored of having a shiny new manticore I will probably customise mine and make it look "war torn". I get a lot of scrap leather from work so I think a leather woven hilt is on the cards. Some dry brushing and dremeling will be in order, and I think have a nice blaster impact will look good on the emitter.

That neck looks great on there. I am customizing mine with a Doctor Who theme and that neck says sonic screwdriver to me. I will have to look into that. Point awarded.

It's surprisingly balanced. The Scorpion Pommel actually does a good job of being a counter weight for the claws.

Manticore emitter on my custom saber.

Props given for the leather wrap, it looks amazing!  :o point given.

I had to come revisit this thread because I am still very happy with the Manticore, but would like to t r y something a little bit different for my wife's saber as it needs to special and stand out! Nothing else catches my eye more than this wrap job!

Awwww, thanks!!! ^_^ I really enjoy how it turned out. I just did a spaced samurai hilt style wrap.

Once I get mine (Just ordered the other night) I will mix it up with my consular and with a prophecy pommel as well! I'll see if I can get a cool combo with some of those parts!
