I got a new dominix v2 le today and the battery pack broke in the shipping. Im going to return it and get a new one, but i need to know if i just send it in or do I have to PM/email/contact/whatever ultra first?

Your best course of action is to go to ultrasabers.com and go to contact us.  Send them an email with what happened and they will contact you about how to go about getting it fixed.  Having had a similar problem once I can tell you that they are more than happy to fix problems like this.
