Title: Philip Seymour Hoffman died Post by: SILVERBACK on February 02, 2014, 08:08:54 PM He was found dead in his apartment by a friend with a needle stuck in his arm. Another great actor gone from a drug overdose, so sad :'(

He really fitted into the Role he played in The Hunger Games. Gunna be a shame he won't be able to round out the series... (The last film is currently being filmed)

The 'Why?' is what gets me, crap happens in everyone's lives, but what was going on that made him feel he needed to use? Like you said, it's sad. (The last film is currently being filmed) As I understand it, he completed filming for Mockingjay pt1 and had seven days of filming left for Mockingjay pt2, so they aren't going to recast him and it won't affect the release dates at all. It'll probably be off-camera voiceovers using an impersonator, a slight tweak in the story, or reused footage (like they did with Oliver Reed in Gladiator). |
