Title: Dark Standard issue Sentinel Yellow Post by: Darth Rifter on July 12, 2011, 09:43:11 PM So I am here to review the saber known as The Dark Standard Issue. This saber rocks the balance point of this 12 inch saber is below the emitter

The silver rings are the great point of balance. The dark anodizing make it look great. I got this saber with a attached covertec wheel (http://i1131.photobucket.com/albums/m556/Sanddeath/FILE0043.jpg) They were nice enough to attach it for free, and also make it match the color of the saber. I was excited to find that they make it black like the saber. Also the color i chose was sentinel yellow, and the picture makes it look dull, it was the best i could do. The color is super bright and very awesome (http://i1131.photobucket.com/albums/m556/Sanddeath/FILE0040.jpg) I give this saber a 10 out of 10, it is truly a great saber and thank the men at ultrasabers for it. BTW the blades used in this and in my rgb prophecy review are the mid grade blades. Ultra, thank you so very much. I have the dark standard issue in Fire Orange, so it's probably pretty similar looking. Is the Sentinel Yellow really cool? Is it bright?
Title: Re: Dark Standard issue Sentinel Yellow Post by: Darth Rifter on July 12, 2011, 10:47:54 PM Oh SY is very bright, and so good looking, espically when I have my rgb prophecy on yellow in one hand and my DSI SY in the other, i look boss. And unlike the rgb on standard mid grade blade, the yellow is consistant through the blade. In rgb, my yellow slightly gets darker at the end and doesn't fill the end all the way.
