Aye! And the Malice (While further down the line) was on my To-Buy list if I liked the Liberator enough! SO TWO DOWN, TWO TO GO!

Just need my Azure Reaper and then a straight up sith saber - either a Raven or Dark Catalyst.

Though I would totally buy a DC with a purple blade if I could find a safe way to make it all silver.


It just feels weird having a short blade on a hilt that needs two hands for me to use comfortably. The Liberator is surprisingly light and I love the way it feels and balances in my hand! Gonna put some Old Republic sounds on the Liberator with Starkiller sounds on the Malice.

Point for the GB Malice and the Iron Maiden shirt! :)

Up the Irons! Also, does anyone know if I can take the claws off of the Malice? I like 'em and all (Probably won't take 'em off most of the time if possible) but for Costumes with two sabers... well, the Claws get in my way :P

Yeah unscrew the emitter from the neck and unscrew the hex screws, the claws slide out on tracks I think.

Take just the one off having only one claw on gives it a pretty sweet look!

Danké! I really think the central hilt itself looks fantastic as an Old Republic Jedi Sentinel or Guardian blade, actually.

Honestly not a fan of the body piece, or the neck really, just like the emitter/claws and the square pommel. But that's just me.

To each their own. To me it has this really odd Antique look that seems to fit an Ancient Gray Jedi.

The Malice actually looks really cool in AB. If I ever (and I want to, but not really sold on the body) get a Malice, I'm probably going to get one of those non-Sith-y colours because now I know it looks great!

I know, right? It threw me for a loop seeing this clearly Sith-y Hilt with a very Jedi-y color! And then seeing how *well* it worked was just a bonus! The blade color REALLY looks fantastic at the claws, too, because it reflects just right so you can see it, but its diffused so as to not blind you!

I really REALLY love the Malice so far, and I think once I get a wrench to switch blades It'll end up being my Main saber :P

If you're planning on taking one claw off, can you throw up a picture of the asymmetrical emitter with the AB blade? I wouldn't mind taking a gander at that beast XD

Used to. Been a loooooooong time and I think the stories and links are long gone. I write Superhero stories on a Heroes RPG Forum nowadays, though my first experience with RP in general was a Freeform Play by Post Star Wars forum called thestarwarsrp.com. Aaaah, I miss those days. I suuuuuuuuuuucked back then, but I got better. :)



I will be sure to do that! I'll be taking them off to see how it looks anyway, so I'll do it one at a time and give you some photos of each blade by itself to give you an idea!
