Thought I'd go ahead and get this thread up and ready.  Post pics of all your entry and prize sabers from the Autumn Raffle here!  Looking forward to seeing pics of everyone's sabers!!! :)

Most upload their pics to photobucket (or similar), and then post the direct links to that page.

When you go into full edit mode when posting, you'll see icons for posting url's and images, and you just need to post the links between the tags.

It's good netiquette to always use those tags when posting on forums. If you aren't sure if you've got it right, use the preview post button to check before posting. I tend to do that as a matter of course anyway. :)

Once again a big thanks to Emory and all the ultrasabers staff. Within 3 min of opening the box, my 3 year old son, my wife and I were all going nuts with them. Got a few new scuffs on the walls.

i got so excited sing your sabers, (man that staff . . . . . . .  :o) i checked my fed ex tracking and it says it is on the truck for delivery!!! can't wait to get home after work now!!!! AHHHHHH! (school girl like scream)   

I mean I shall endeavor to appease the masses with calmly taken professionally edited jpg media of the items in question when the force guides my hand and the time is right . . . . . . . . . .

I won a fourth place raffle prize.  This prize is the Dark Prophecy grab bag saber without sound.  I'm not exactly sure which blade color this is.  Please look closely at these pictures and tell me what color you think it is.

Here's the Dark Prophecy next to the green Luke Skywalker replica from Return of the Jedi.  Observe that the Dark Prophecy is not as green as the Luke Skywalker.

I'd vote for SRD, but it's difficult to say when you don't have fresh batteries in your saber.

The batteries are the same four AAA batteries that it was shipped with.  I'll see if I have some fresher AAA batteries I can use.  I am inclined to think the color is Sunrider's Destiny.

I would definitely try that, mixed colours are very sensitive to low batteries - the colour can change dramatically when the batts are low.

Well, I just used four new Duracell AAA batteries, and the color looks about the same as before.

I agree - the light on the sheet looks like Sunrider's to me. Beautiful prize!

I would say either SRD or emerald green, but it looks more blue-ish so I would say SRD.

Sabers just came in and I'm super excited!! I ordered the Manticore with Obsidian sound for the wife as a early X-mas present and the second place prize is the Raven in Guardian Blue with Sound! Here's the pics!  ;D

First my Manticore CE, Orange blade with red FOC, Obsidian sound and orange switch, Nickel plating and low profile pommel. WHat a beauty I wish the picture could do the Plating justice because man is this sexy beast shiny!

Next My rifle prize! I got a Dark Initiate LE v3 with obsidian sound, A blue blade that flashes either silver or a lighter blue I cant quite tell, A silver non illuminated switch (which I hope becomes a regular option I love the feel of these switches way better than the standard black ones) and a recharge port it came with a 26" ultra edge blade that has a pointed tip! I really like the look of this blade but for sparring and class play I think the point may be to unsafe for eyeballs:)! The only downside is now I need to buy a charger! For double saber play I love the shorter feel of the initiates so I could not be happier as I got in on the free initiate deal earlier this year and now have a set!

here is my phantasm v4 and my first prize saber, awesomely enough it looks like an unreleased exclusive, I would have thought this would go to someone else who is more active on saber forum.  Also they arrived yesterday and I had to much fun playing to post till today.

Interesting win in the raffle. How is the balance of it? It looks cool, but I'd like to see the handle possibly moved back so its got more of a baton look to it. And the handle kicked out, I like the groves in it.

Yeah that's definitely a Sun Rider's Destiny Dark Prophecy. Looks nice. Its a teal green color unlike the regular green Consular Green color. Maybe get some pics more in the dark? Be able to tell better then.

The Phantasm staff looks fantastic in orange and goes well with the LE version, nice.

-Where is the activation switch?

-What is the over all length?

-Is it MHS compatible?

-How long of a blade did it come with? (This may indicate it's function?)

First of all thank and I will try to answer your questions to the best of my ability
The activation switch is on the bottom of the hilt that sticks out it is an AV blue illuminated switch.
The hilt is 18 1/2 inches long with a 24 inch blade, the overall length is 40 1/4 inches, and the hilt that sticks out is 6 1/2 inches. The widest point on the main hilt is 2 inches the thinnest 1 1/4 at the emitter.
Yes it is MHS compatible but only the pommel is interchangeable.
Yes it has sound and 2 channel emerald blue/red.
I am enjoying the balance of this saber and am enjoying learning to fight with it.
I'm thankfull to US for choosing me for this unreleased exclusive and just to say they have won me over I can't wait tell the next raffle I can enter.  THANK YOU ULTRASABERS!!!!!

Point awarded Jedieugene thank you for looking into my questions.  The switch would be fun/different to play with given it's thumb activated, and the "pistol" grip seems right sized for a solid handhold.  It makes me think of a Coruscant underworld weapon where the baton could be used to beat down the regulars and the lighsaber used for more serious work.

If you have it in you I wouldn't mind seeing a few more shots/angles of it, say over top of the AV switch, a full shot with the blade in and maybe what it looks like in the hand(just suggestions :))

Along with the Omen and Mantis it's the most unique creation I've seen from US and to boot a 2ch emerald is pretty awesome.

Can't say I'm sold on it as a purchase but it's an incredible prize no doubt, and it's a treat to see US creativity.

netted me a 3rd Prize, which US were kind enough to allow me to upgrade to obsidian at cost, though at the time I had no idea what hilt I would be receiving, so I gave them a light side and dark side colour spec for whatever side they thought the hilt would fall into. This was my Third Place prize, but unfortunately, it wasn't sent with a Li-Ion setup, but a standard. This is my only complaint, otherwise, it is an amazing saber to wield. Actually, both are quite awesome to use and are so nicely designed as far as style and grip. I highly endorse both of these sabers. Now, i'm just awaiting for my Dark Apprentice to show up Thursday. Can't wait!!

My entry to the raffle was an srd initiate le v4, and a grab bag. Also I was so lucky to win a grab bag as a fourth place prize.
The first grab bag is a br dominix v3 with an ultra edge blade, and the other is a blue (can't really tell if it's a guardian or an artic..) liberator with a heavy grade blade.

I am so extremely happy with the blades, I honestly would have never bought a dominix if I hadn't gotten it as a grab, but after holding it I have completely fallen in love with it. And for the liberator, it has such incredible pretty vents in the emitter. Oh and one detail I absolutely loved about the grabs, is how well coordinated the colours are, they even have their respective button colours.

And lastly the initiate is an absolutely gorgeous little thing with it's groves, windows, gold detail and av switch. and with a ue 32" blade it's very nice to handle, and perfect for spinning. I does also have an obsidian soundboard and a white flash on clash, and the sound, the sound... give me goosebumps and makes me a giddy little child.  ;D

Those are really nice sabers! Especially the Initiate v4, I really wanted to sell my v3 Aeons to replace them with two v4...best would be two Sentinels, because I'd like to have the Covertec Wheels on the emitters, and on the Aeon v4 it wouldn't be possible.

As for the blue of your Libby, I can't tell exactly what colour it is, but according to the first pic I suspect it to be Arctic Blue :) GB would be a bit darker, more intense.

The groves near the emitter of the initiate has some slightly sharp edges, that might get a bit uncomfortable after swinging it around for some minutes, but other than that I'd totally recommend it. :)

Oh and while I was changing the blade on my libby I noticed it has a slight green colour, is that how they mix artic blue? Somehow I just assumed it would be blue and silver mixed... don't know why, must be the name.

No, that's correct, AB is normally made from Blue and Green, with the RGBW LED from the Emerald Driver you can also get it by mixing Blue and White.

A little late to the party, and no prize this time (alas!), but I finally charged my camera tonight, so here's my entry - Mantis CE in Fire Orange:

This is a nice angle of the Mantis and it further sells me on this saber w/o the claws. The FO is coming through really nicely on camera - looks sharp.
