Great review and I really like how you went with the silver blade and matching blue switch. Congrats on finally getting you're hands on one it looks fantastic.

I'm holding back just a little on buying it because the 'disk' section of the emitter seems a little large to me - obviously it has to be a certain size to accommodate the blade, but I'm just wondering if it seems too large in person?

It's my friend/camera man's favorite US hilt so far. And as a Thundercats fans I really enjoy it. The emitter does add some weight to the hilt but as a show piece it is fantastic. In my Top Ten favorite US hilts.
