Title: Customer Service Delays (via email)

Ultra Sabers just attended a convention in Las Vegas and we will be going to Dragon*Con in just two short weeks and we are extremely busy fulfilling orders placed on the website and getting ready for the conventions.  As a result, emails may not be answered in the time frame you guys are used to. 

Alex & I both answer emails personally, we don't have secretaries or personal assistants do it because you guys deserve the personal attention of the company heads giving you accurate information.  But with everything going on, we're a bit behind on that front and apologize for that and promise all email and customer service issues will be addressed in time.  Just be a little patient with us and it will definitely pay off in the end.

More companies should display this kind of consern for customer service.

We appreciate your attention to the customers Deep, as well as your notification of absence.  We tend to get impatient when it comes to our saber obsession, it's good to know that emails are just being ignored!  Keep up the great work.

I'm jealous, I wish I was going. Does that mean that orders will be delayed too?
