Since the video from the Scorpion Dissection thread is no longer available, I thought I'd post this as an alternative. So here it is - a completely disassembled Scorpion! Everything you see in the pic is completely broken out. The outer portion there is a single piece. PS - I just noticed that as of this post - you're at post # 1138. Like - THX 1138. Title: Re: Disassembled Scorpion Photo Post by: Darth DMC on December 23, 2015, 05:45:38 AM Lord Canterbury, I'm assuming that in order to remove the inner sleeve from the outer sleeve you first have to remove the two inner screws attached to the claw and the one outer screw under the claw. If so, I can remove the outer screw under the claw and the bottom-most inner claw screw, but how did you remove the top-most inner claw screw? The bottom-most inner claw screw is aligned with the window and was easy to remove. The top-most inner claw screw doesn't line up with the window and my hex wrench can't get a straight path to remove it. Did you use a different tool?

I got the long arm set and had no issues getting both screws out. That might be the problem? |
