Thank you! I'm over the moon with this blade. It's beautiful. The Guardian Blue is almost jarring in its coloring. Perfection. I took it outside an hour ago, to see what it looked like in pitch blackness (even though it's only like twenty degrees out, I don't care. Some things need to be done regardless of the weather, lol). I could see the reflection of my blade across the street in my neighbors windows. *That's* awesome.

You thinking about any modifications or planning on keeping it vanilla?

Vanilla for sure. He's got sound, bite with the heavy grade blade, gorgeous color, and I can wield it quite well one-or-two handed just as advertised. I love this blade as is.

But I have the saber fever *bad*, and I definitely want others. Those, we'll see how they go. ;)

Exactly! It's the wonder of a childhood dream come true. Star Wars was my parent's generation, but I grew up watching and loving everything they did. The first time I ignited my saber tonight, I was suddenly six years old again, running around the house with my wrapping paper tube pretending I'm Luke, after having watched the original trilogy for the first time. That's magic. I'm indebted to US for capturing this so incredibly well.

Looking great! You're farther along than I am, I can't seem to put my Apprentice down - or want to put it down.

Any plans to swap out the pommel at a later date?

That's a great looking sentinel!  I have two Dark ones and I think they are very comfortable to use.

Thank you! Yes, very pleased (and still geeking out!). I want to create a Light Side and Dark Side pair, so I really want a Dark Sentinel V4 in BR for my next blade. I'm short, only 5'2" and have small hands--this blade is wickedly easy to wield one-or-two handed even for me.

Hahaha, no worries, I only put him down for a second to take these pictures, and then it was off to dancing around my driveway in the middle of the night, waking up all my neighbors, and generally pretending to be a little kid again. It was fantastic. I slept with the blade next to my bed--pathetic? Mmmmaybe, but I really can't seem to separate myself from this baby as much as you can't from yours (post pictures of yours! I wish to see more saber magic!).

Actually, I was just looking at pommels. I like the one on there now. It's really sleek and easy to remove to change batteries and whatnot. Who knows? Maybe through my next blade purchases I'll start experimenting more. ;)

Thank you! I love this blade. More than my rapier, more than my foil, more than the three other hand blades and daggers I have. A true cornerstone...until my next one! Haha

I'll have more pictures tomorrow. Solo and I are steppin' out to fencing class tonight. ;)
