I did an unboxing video, but I'm not sure if I can post it considering the first thing I did upon seeing this beauty is immediately dropping the S-Bomb  ;D  It was love at first sight.  This was so worth the wait.  I ordered it 1/19 and now today it is in my hand.  I woke up to see that it had been delivered - USPS said it wouldn't be here til tomorrow!

One thing I will note: it looks a bit different in person!  On camera it looks white with a blue glow like it does in the movies.  In person though it's a solid blue blade.  But don't worry at all because it is still very bright and looks incredible.  I got a little worried it'd look glow-sticky but if you're still waiting on your first one, I can assure you it looks incredible.

I'm really glad I went with the UltraEdge blade, it looks really awesome and I like the full looking light.  I'm also really glad I went with the emitter windows because it adds character to the hilt imo.  Also, the blue button is really pretty in real life.  I was worried it wouldn't be but it's really shiny and cool.  ;D

The hilt feels really nice in my hand and it's just the right size.  It's well balanced and responds really well.

I'll post a video in the review section, one that I hopefully don't accidentally swear from the sheer awe of this beautiful thing, lmao.

When did you order it?  Because if you ordered it before it was out of stock you'll probably be okay.

Congrats man! Nice review and photos! I love the Dark Apprentice. I have one in LE. Super easy to handle, light and just awesome. The black really accentuates the blue. I have Arctic Blue on mine. Point for you

I've always loved the look of black and blue - really makes the blue jump.  And I really dig the choking point - really makes it nice and easy to handle and to get a nice good grip.
