There is a person on another forum that has made a wicked looking cosplay costume and KF like tentacles. He shows good pics and gives instructions how to make it. Involved a lot of time, effort and skill. :)

Consider perhaps asking Twilek Pam (https://www.etsy.com/shop/TwilekPam) for a quote to make a multiple extension headpiece as a base to work with.
