Anyone have any info on making these?  I've come up with zilch.

Cloth and stuffing? It would have a seam, unfortunately, and you'd have to search for a sort of shiny material. Maybe a synthetic leather?

Hi.  There is a person on another forum that has made a wicked looking cosplay costume and KF like tentacles.  He shows good pics and gives instructions how to make it.  Involved a lot of time, effort and skill.   :)

Those masks are pretty bad as masks go that I have seen, plus I just need the dreds..Im not trying to be Fisto himself

Depending on the level of quality you're willing to accept, prepare yourself for a steep and potentially costly learning curve.  Consider perhaps asking Twilek Pam (https://www.etsy.com/shop/TwilekPam) for a quote to make a multiple extension headpiece as a base to work with.

I can see foam work coming into play on this.

just a matter of making a mold and the chemicals...plastikote paint and the right color green.
