Nice photos of these sabers. I'm not really a Monarch fan but it looks so design style different and much better... more in balance with that Shock pommel. Very nice swap out. The Monarch is elegant in looks and the heaviest Ultra Saber I have held. All of my Lightsabers have Covertec wheels installed. My son has a Dark Monarch and we were thinking of mounting a cover-tech. Does it attach to the clip ok or is it a bit tight? Just wondering about the clearance. Interesting seeing it in green but, it suits it and the pommel swap seems to make it more balanced although I do enjoy he original.

Just wondering about the clearance. When you wear the Monarch on the Covertec clip the third ring sits flush onto the plate of the Covertec clip. There is still enough movement of a couple mm from the third ring of the Dark Monarch to swing past the plate of the Covertec clip. I permanently use the Dark Shock Pommel and the Dark Monarch. If I could buy the Fulcrum Pommel as a separate piece I would most likely use that instead since I like the look of it on the Dark Monarch saber. Thanks! Thank you Lord Sidious. I wanted members to see the Dark Monarch as an elegant saber design. Swapping out the pommel makes this saber so much more appealing than what it had done before in peoples eyes. I admit that I am also not a fan of the bulbous pommel that the Dark Monarch came with. The Dark Monarch itself is a wonderful saber and I am very proud to have it. |
