Title: Order not showing up in My Account Post by: bfenty on November 15, 2016, 10:02:59 PM I created an order a few days ago, and it is not in My Account. Was hoping to get reward points for it :) Any way for an admin to add the order to my account? I was on my phone and having trouble with the order going through, so I probably didn't register it to my account when I was ordering.

If so, then forward that to [email protected] and ask them to link it to your account. If not, then I'd be concerned whether the order actually went through and also email [email protected] to inquire. Better safe than sorry. You've still got 2 more days before the raffle ends.

What'd you order or are you gonna make us wait for the reveal? :P

Usually, prior to shipping, it will say "Processing," or something like that. Also, just in case you didn't know, you won't get reward points until your order ships. That's probably to prevent people from getting points and then cancelling the order.
