Hey everyone! ive been searching high and low for a US compatible Ahsoka Tano font for my Fulcrum. I found one for those other guys but the files dont seem to pop up whilst going to import new sounds. if anyone has made or will make this font youll have this jedi's eternal gratitude

You will have to convert the individual files to work on an obsidian board.  You can download Audacity, it's a free conversion software.  There's a step by step tutorial on this forum somewhere if you search.  Just remember everything has to be 16bit, mono, 48000, unsigned wav.

Oh and you need to use the speed effect at -0.54 to make the files play at the correct speed.   It'll take trial and error but if you really want a certain font it's the only way to get unless there's a member here that's already done it.

Haha I wish,  I've had it for a few months but have no time to convert it and test it.  Possibly when I take vacation in a few weeks but no promises.

Projectno just stated he will do it for you. If he's busy I can do it. You have to buy it first. Then you shouldn't share it here once it's converted, that's pirating. Though it's all pirating so don't ask me where the line is.

I think he's just wanting someone to do it for him.   I don't even have time to do it for myself! 

I mean, it's $7 + free software + time, no worries about damaging things like it would be if you were building a saber.  I would say just do it yourself.

I had to pay for my ahsoka font, when I have time I'll convert it, but, that is way way down on my priority list.  Even then I'm not sure I would just give it away.  The people that have given to the community and have helped me along the way for sure will get it but not just anyone, maybe I'm a dick...lol

It's definitely a fun learning experience. Maybe it's just because I'm an audiophile. And hey! I've made several fonts for the forum  ::) ;D check out my Star Wars Battlefront ROTJ Luke, SWB ESB Luke, SWB Vader, and Steampunk Old Industrial font  ;)

I find that I have plenty of time on my hands for these things, and now that I've learned how to convert them, I can do so within 30 minutes. Making a font could take an hour or so, depending on what needs to be done.

Jediseth was able to pick up creating sound fonts very quickly, and has made some brilliant fonts himself. (Eventually I'll get around to my samurai jack font)

I think if I was more into the individual fonts then individual boots I would be enthusiastic about getting to it.  So far I haven't run into a font that I just had to have.  If I get around to building a rancor tooth pommel then there is a rancor font I found.

The Fulcrum sound font has been converted and sent .

Oh and thanks for the compliment Projectno, I can only make fonts because you taught me. 😊

Was gonna say. Why not get recordings from the episodes and just make our own versions of the sounds? :P then you wont feel like you're pirating you know. Just a thought though since its already been done. We need a clone Wars Ahsoka font as well though for the Fulcrum and Lost Gray sabers =]
