bigBear has launched the Jedi Council of Illinois and we are looking for anyone here in Illinois (or bordering states) who would like to join us. This is a group for anyone who likes to practice saber combat or cosplay, regardless of skill level. We do everything from friendly sparring with fellow members to appearing at Cons and movie premieres. Don’t have a costume? We will help you with advice and leads. Don’t know how to fight? We will practice together. Even if you are just a Star Wars nerd, you are welcome among our ranks!
