When I received an email earlier telling me my order was sent and the winners hadn't been annouced yet I figured I was probably not on the list. Nevertheless I know I'm getting an awesome saber and some other accessories I wanted so no hard feelings at all. There will be other opportunities.

Thankyou, I think you might be right! the insane thing is i haven't bought a new saber in 10 years and I truly felt something calling me to buy one (and found the perfect one in the omens saber as one of my first memories was when my mother bought me the sword of omens!) after she passed. I had been her carer for the last 10 years so yea maybe I was guided here, hope she gives me some guidance on what one to choose though as i've been deliberating for the last 2 hours :)

Somehow probability continues to be defied as I keep winning free sabers I almost certainly don't deserve.  This time the level of ridiculousness means I actually get to pick my prize, which is awesome as I've been on the fence about a certain recent release and now I have no reason not to get it.  :)  Thanks as always to UltraSabers for running these raffles for their customers, they truly are a company that cares about their constituents.  Looking forward to seeing/reading about all the wonderful entries and prizes.  Congratulations to all the lucky winners!

Pretty excited here as well.  I did get my email, but I’m pretty sure I’ll be waiting til October for the prize to show (assuming it’ll arrive with my Butcher and Dark Prophecy). 

Now I have a whole new conundrum - a “first Star Wars world problem” one could say:  I now have too many sabers to properly and individually describe in my profile footnote lol

I'm glad to hear prizes are shipping, can't wait to see the pics you all post of them.  I wonder if they will hold mine until my Butcher entry is released or ship earlier.  I hope I do get my prize shipped earlier so I can play with it some before the Butcher arrives, but either way I am totally stoked two awesome sabers are coming my way.

The thing with my raffle wins were that my entry saber was held onto until my two winning sabers were done which I didn’t mind in bit but that was maybe a week. Given that the Butcher has yet to come out, they may ship one before the other unless they’re just waiting for both. I’d just shoot them an email and ask, you never know, they may answer you right away

I received my prize today from the 2nd summer raffle. I got the Graflex SE with a non illuminated av silver av switch, v3 sound and consular green blade. Pictures in the gallery.

Got my raffle winning Arbiter with Sentinel Yellow today, along with my raffle prize which turns out to be a Dark Initiate LE v3 in Fire Orange!

This time I didn't go cheap and got the Premium Obsidian v4 sound on the Arbiter and am VERY glad I did.  The sound variations are much more responsive to motions, as compared to the Obsidian Lite sound and the saber just feels much more alive.  Now I wish all my sabers were Obsidian v4 instead of Obsidian Lite.  I'm telling you it's totally worth the premium sound option over the lite.

As for the raffle prize, the Dark Initiate LE v3 comes with Li-Ion setup and AV switch.  I'm really feeling like I wish all my existing sabers were Li-Ion and AV switch.  The AV switch is just smoother and easier on the hands while wielding and swinging the saber.  Really worth the upgrade and I wish I knew for all my existing sabers. This Dark Initiate is relatively small compared to the rest of my hilts so I'm going to call it my "Kubotan" as a term of endearment.

I agree on both V4 sound and the AV switch. For $10 the mute function on the V4 is worth it. Point for SY Arbiter and the raffle win

Got my new blade in! So happy I won such a beautiful blade! Thank you to everyone at Ultrasabers again! My prize was a grab bag and I got a Aeon V3 w/red LED. Which looks amazing and feels really good when spinning!

The Lite sound was my first sound saber that I thought it was great and loud until I got my first premium sound, day and night difference and yes, that mute function in the V4 is worth the $10.00 upgrade cost.

Again, congrats to all of the winners.  It is great to hear people are getting their sabers and shipping confirmations.  Alas, I will be waiting a while longer....My entry was a Savior and for my prize, I chose a Butcher....Just got the upgrade email and sent in my requisitions - I added windows, v4 sound, and a charging port.  This will be my first saber with a charging port...It is not something I think I would get on most of my sabers but I have some ideas for a display so...a plan on getting it for a few.  Sorry, this i my morning ramble as I am daydreaming about my new sabers.  I love hearing about and seeing the other sabers as well!!!

Consular is an excellent hilt.

Here is my third prize hilt, an Aeon V4 with a blazing red blade. I added some of my own touches to it, I put O-rings on the grooved sections of the hilt to dress it up a little and make it slightly more dark sided. I gifted this to my daughter and she cosplays a sith so its fitting with the red blade. I am thinking of buying one of these for myself with a Guardian blue blade. I had no idea which hilt I had won until it arrived, but it is an awesome saber, and would look perfect with a blue blade. Nevermind, seeing as how photobucket wont accept my password, and wont send me a new one, I cant post the pics. Thanks US for another great lightsaber.

What size ORings are those?

They are all 1/8 cross section. the 4 at the front are 1 1/4 ID and the 5 near the pommel are 1 5/16 ID. Now, had I been able to find some 3/16 cross section o-rings I would have used those near the pommel as the machined grooves were a little wider there and i think they would have fit better and look better. Gonna order some unless my daughter likes it as is.

Some of the simplest mods can be most impactful.

So true, little tings like O-rings, AV switches, or a pommel swap can really change the way the saber looks.

Yes, if I was keeping this I would be changing the pommel, but as I gave it to my daughter, the rest of the customization is up to her. As did the jedi, customization is what make each saber our own starting at the ordering process.
