Title: Which color is best??? Post by: Malik Thanewulf on June 23, 2019, 07:48:56 PM I'm going to be adding the Monarch to my arsenal. It will be the nickel plated finish. So, my question is, which blade color/FOC combo would look best with a nickel finish? I do have a few ideas, but I'd like to hear from you forum. Perhaps some of you have a nickel finish on your saber. Which color did you choose? Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Post by: Maestro Jones on June 23, 2019, 08:49:53 PM To me, the Monarch (in either the nickel or the polished aluminum) screams VA (maybe even BVA) for the blade color. The Monarch is very "regal" looking in design and purple is often associated with royalty. I eventually plan on getting a Monarch in polished aluminum but with a diamond controller so I can set it up for a VA with a slow idle pulse to BVA and AS for FOC.

I was thinking about reaching for an emerald saber, so I can change it up, but that is most likely out of my price range. Besides, I don't think I'd end up changing the colors. Anyway, I agree it is a regal looking saber. Thanks for your opinion. Any pictures or videos would also be welcome.

Mine is just a stunt but i generally prefer white or yellow for FoC on and saber. The blue saber in the second pic serves to balance the color for the camera and show the red as it looks in person better. Oh and my batteries are probably a bit weak. They are the Sonys it came with over 3 years ago.
