Title: Re: TCSS Day Blades review Post by: Galef on April 07, 2020, 06:21:24 PM I just got a thin walled red blade with some Enhanced red pointed tips. I haven't gotten everything fully assembled and tested yet, but the enhanced red looks far better than I thought it would and actually blends well with the regular red blade.
The regular red tip are too dark, so I got the Enhanced red. I was afraid they'd be too pinkish/orangish, but they seem to match the regular red blade even better than the regular red tips. Video to come Title: Re: TCSS Day Blades review Post by: Galef on June 09, 2020, 05:34:04 PM Sorry I forgot to update this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKqRqDGZhvI# (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKqRqDGZhvI#) I've also just received an Enhanced Amber blade, which I was hoping was going to turn blue or green light into a bright Yellow, which the tip does, but the blade ends up with a green or blue core, which I do not like. It looks good in Red, but no better than red in a standard blade. And it looks peach-colored in Tri-Silver So unless you have a Fire Orange or Sentinel Yellow blade*, I don't recommend the Enhanced Amber. Kinda wasted my money on that one *And I've stated before that FO/SY can be emulated just as easily, if not brighter, with Tri-Sliver + color discs, so there's even more reason not to get an Enhanced Amber blade - |
