Could i get a covertec wheel installed on a liberator by Ultrasabers when i order it?

Yes. Just purchase a covertech with your saber and put in the comments that you'd like it installed. This is what I did when I ordered my Aeon and it came withe covertech installed.

It is a belt clip utilized by Jedi from the Old Jedi Order. New Jedi Order Jedi use d-rings to attach sabers to their belt.

It is pretty much just screwed onto the hilt, so you can get it on whatever design you want. Some sabers offer them, others you have to install yourself. You could ask Ultra if they would be able to perhaps install it for you.
