If so whats the status of all the pending orders and who will be replying back to us? Just wondering if anyone has heard of any updates? Thanks.

The link shared by GM is dead too :( Cheers She's no longer with the company. Ultrasabers had a major email snafu back in late May; all emails up till May 25 were wiped from the server. There's only one email address in use, [email protected]. if you have a question about your order, include the order number and date in the subject line. Keep in mind that there's a fair chance you'll be waiting a while for a response; they're bombarded with emails every day, and have a small staff to handle them. There are several CS reps who are great, it's just a matter of the email volume. Give it a week and if you haven't heard back, send another one. Just be polite and patient.
