Title: Help my friends.

Hi guys whats a good ultrasabers email for me to use for updates on my saber delivery.
I was suppost to already have my saber.
  I looked at their page for an email.  I found the info ultrasabers email but i was hoping to find another email I can use if theres any.  Thanks for the help guys

That is the best one, email it with your order number in the summary and say order update. The just put in the summary "Hi, Would it be possible to get an update on my order please, Appreciate your response, Kind Regards X" and then wait. I have so far done two new email chains since ordering on the 20/09 and both emails have had responses in about 3-4 days, the first was just to get an idea of the ETA of what to expect timewise and also make an addition and the second was to make a further addition.

They will respond and if you don't see a response within a week just forward your original email with something along the lines of "Hi, I know you're likely swamped with emails, I'm just forwarding my prior email in case it got lost among those. Kind Regards X"

The best and only email address to use is [email protected], per the official policy.

 I have one more question.
since I'm still a freshly new to ultrasabers
What does ultrasaber do incase of damaged sabers from the delivery process?  Id like to already know what to do and what ultrasabers does to deal or work with a problem like that, that is ff they do anyways.  Incase of a problem like that happens in the future.

Hopefully you'll never have that problem, but my advice would be to first take pictures of what you received, so that you have documentation of the damage.  Then, as soon as you can, email Ultrasabers about the issue, and include your order number and date, and calmly explain what happened.  Then, I think you should also contact FedEx, or whoever delivered the package, give them the tracking number, and explain to them how your package was received.   After that, I think it would be a matter of seeing what the response is, and go from there.
