Title: Fixing a Saber for a Friend
Post by: JediMasterJay on October 30, 2020, 02:38:01 PM
Hey forum!

I have been tasked with giving a whirl at "fixing" my friend's Emperor's Hand. When I opened the battery pack, there was a battery missing so I put one in (thought that was the problem) and it worked fine...but it would flash on and then turn off and make a toot sound like it was dying so it didn't actually work. Then, the sound just started buzzing and the saber wouldn't turn off. I carefully removed a battery and it went off, but I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and if it is an easy fix or if my friend should send it in to Ultrasabers.

Thanks!

MTFBWY!

He told me it's been broken for years...I put new batteries in it and it works like new! Now, I am curious to remove the blade, but don't see the screw. Anyone know how?

Not really sure about screws but I know new batteries always helps. Just make sure its the ones from US's and not standard AA's if its Obsidian sound set up. Make sure to get some cool pics next time you guys think about it :P
