Hello
I just bought a light saber with the Halloween promotion but didnt put Coupon codes can I get them included now after I‘ve already ordered or too late? It was over $600 spent so think code I was supposed to use was “freegrabbag” which think includes the initiate promotion too! I already emailed Matt but no reply as yet assume working from home and not online at least till Mon.

This is a group of UltraSabers customers and fans, not a way to reach UltraSabers customer service.  Nobody here works for UltraSabers.  We can give advice, but we can’t provide specific information about your order because we don’t have access to any of that information.

Having said that... the answer is “maybe.” 

You will have to email [email protected] VERY QUICKLY, with your Order # in the subject line, and maybe something about “MISSING COUPON CODES” while you’re at it.  Then, in the body of the email, briefly and politely explain what happened, and ask them to apply the coupon codes.

I hate to say this, but you messed up, plain and simple; you did not follow the instructions to get the coupon code’s effects.  They might not be able to help, because it might be too late.  You need to be prepared for that possibility, because it’s very real.  On the other hand, you might get lucky, and they might see your email in time, and choose to bend the rules. 

Thats one way to look at it another the process to order is very arduous especially if ordering something that you‘ve never ordered before but dont want to stuff it up so the process gets lost in that I think if they dont to apply them and its too late especially after my order is going to take at least till Christmas or more to be ready then maybe my ordering here again is probably unlikely. Thks hmm!!!

You’re right, it can be confusing and a little overwhelming to go through the process the first (or second, or even third...) time.

I had visions of forgetting the coupon codes dancing in my head when I placed a large (to me) order, so I literally used video-calling to have a buddy of mine watch me enter everything on the order form, and help me double-check it, to make sure everything was added, and all the requested options were correctly chosen.  I still stressed over it.

Please note that I’m not saying you shouldn’t try; I’m just saying you need to realize that the answer, for whatever reason might be no.

All good Matt in CS added the codes guess cause my saber isnt in stock thats probably why wSnt an issue heaps of time, its reported will be here by Christmas.
