this started happening when i changed its color. I reinstalled it, changed usb, and versions and still giving me the reading. When I turn it on, the led doesn't turn on but the sound still plays. Are you using an anti-virus? Can you allow this program to you list of trusted programs? I mainly use a Mac software, but hope that this was helpful. |
