Title: Diamond Controller + Saber Launcher - Not being read - Multiple computers Post by: Cryric on October 27, 2022, 07:17:32 PM I just received my diamond saber this week and I cannot get the controller to be seen on any computer and in the application. I have installed the application as Admin,, I run it as admin (right click run as).I have tried on 3 different computers, 2 different micro-USB cables. Different USB ports on each machine (USB 1.1, 2, and 3 flavors). Windows 10 on all machines and the device manager does not show the controller being plugged into any of the machines. I have reseated both USB ends, pulled the batteries and re-seated them, I have tried with the external power plugged in...I have tried with the external power unplugged. I have unplugged the USB with power on to the saber, with the power off. Any suggestions?
Should the controller "ding" with windows on the first time? I am not getting any notice on any machine with a found new hardware. |
