Title: Scorpion Modification Post by: ColonelSanders on November 29, 2022, 10:53:48 PM I purchased the Scorpion back in 2016 that UltraSaber constructed for me. I was wondering if those sabers are able to be customized after the fact? When I originally purchased the saber I chose blue for the blade but want to be able to change it to purple and/or red.

The Scorpion is one of the more complicated since the switch has to be removed in order to remove the full body shroud. The only special tools needed are those for soldering and some of the right sized Allen keys. Mine started life green but is now blue.
